Innovation, leadership, and global ambition took center stage in Las Vegas as the franchising world gathered to celebrate the standout successes of 2025 he 2025 Global Franchise Awards brought together some of the industry’s biggest movers and shakers for a ceremony that was about more than just celebrating success – but also recognition of the vision, resilience, and leadership that’s pushing franchising forward around the world. From bold new ideas to tried- and-true growth strategies, the awards shone a light on those setting the bar even higher for what franchising can achieve. Held on February 11 during the IFA Convention in LasVegas, the event was hosted by Jack Monson, CGO of Thunderly and presenter of the Social Geek podcast. Winners across 23 fiercely competitive categories were picked by a panel of respected international association leaders, giving each award real weight and a truly global perspective. Among the many celebrated names, it was ERAGroup that delivered the evening’s defining performance. The franchise took home three major awards, including the ultimate honor: Global Franchise Grand Champion. This award recognizes ERAGroup’s exceptional innovation, operational consistency, and international impact — a potent combination that has positioned the brand as a global powerhouse in business and professional services franchising. ERAGroup also claimed Best Business & Professional Services Franchise — its fifth win in eight years — reinforcing its reputation as a market leader in financial insight and cost optimization. Capping off the hat trick was the Regional Champion – Americas Award, highlighting ERA’s continued expansion and influence throughout the continent. “These awards are a tribute to the dedication and hard work of our franchisees and support teams worldwide,” said MarkTaylor, Global CEO of ERAGroup. “Being named Global Franchise Grand Champion is a tremendous honor and a reflection of our ongoing success across more than 60 countries.” Other winners also had cause to celebrate. Reshift Media was named Best Marketing & PR Firm for the third year in a row, a clear vote of confidence in their franchise-specific digital strategies. “We’re honored to be named the world’s best franchise marketing company for the third year running,” said Steve Buors, CEO of Reshift Media. “This recognition reflects our team’s passion and commitment to excellence.” One of the night’s most poignant moments came with the Hall of Fame induction of Michael Seid, an industry icon whose decades of leadership, mentorship, and strategic counsel have helped to shape the modern franchising landscape.
